Willowbrook Construction named a 'Top Workplace in Oklahoma' for the 7th consecutive year

Willowbrook Construction has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Oklahoma for the seventh consecutive year, earning the honor every year since 2019. This year Willowbrook ranked 5th in the mid-size category. The company also received a Value Award, which highlights organizations that excel in specific cultural dimensions. These awards celebrate companies that live and execute on key values that matter to employees and drive business success. Both recognitions reflect Willowbrook's ongoing commitment to cultivating a workplace defined by trust, communication, and long-term development. Honorees were announced this week in Oklahoma City by The Oklahoman, the state’s oldest newspaper, and LocalIQ, a research firm.

The award is based entirely on confidential employee feedback measuring alignment, leadership, engagement, innovation, and organizational health. Consistent recognition through this program demonstrates the company’s sustained investment in its people and its ability to maintain a positive environment as it expands its operations and project portfolio.

“In every part of our company, our people set the standard,” said Cristy Callins, vice president for preconstruction and business development at Willowbrook Construction. “This recognition is a direct reflection of their commitment, their professionalism, and the pride they bring to their work every day. We are honored to receive this award again. We remain focused on creating opportunities that help our employees grow and succeed.”

Willowbrook leaders credit the achievement to employees whose dedication and expertise shape the company’s culture. Willowbrook continues to focus on mentorship, training, safety, and transparent communication to support team members at every stage of their careers, Callins said.

Earning the Top Workplaces title again affirms Willowbrook Construction’s reputation as both a trusted contractor and an employer of choice, she said. The company remains committed to advancing a culture that values collaboration, craftsmanship, and opportunity for all employees.
