Chickasha Schools welcome students through new secure entries

Students returned to three Chickasha Schools this month – Lincoln, Grand Avenue and Chickasha Middle School – through new high-security entrances, Supt. Rick Croslin has announced.

“We’re delighted to add increased security entrances for all students and educators at three more Chickasha schools,” Croslin said. “While students were away this summer, Willowbrook stepped in with a team of contractors to add better access and security at each of three schools.  This enhancement is key feature of our long-range plans.”

Among the new features are better ramps and steps, auto-locking doors with security fobs for all educators, a visitors’ pass system for parents and guests, and a safe, dry waiting area for parents and visitors who won’t need to wait in the elements.

Willowbrook has served as construction manager for various CPS projects since 1976.
