Willowbrook built the Del City Central Fire Station/Fire Administration Building in Del City, OK. The project included living facilities for Station 1 personnel, administrative offices for all fire administration and the Fire Prevention Bureau, a four-story training tower, and the City of Del City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) which is contained within a storm shelter.
