Tuttle City Hall
City hall and community storm shelter
Willowbrook built the new multi-story city hall and community storm shelter for the City of Tuttle. The project included administrative offices with council chambers and a large community space that doubles as a storm shelter. This 5,000-square-foot storm shelter is designed and constructed in accordance with FEMA 361 standards and partially funded by a FEMA grant.
