Construction firm receives multiple awards from the
Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 8, 2018) – Local construction management firm CMSWillowbrook won two 2017 Build Oklahoma Awards presented by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Oklahoma.

The awards were given to the new arenas and improvements at the Grady County Fairgrounds and a new Ditch Witch dealership in Oklahoma City.

“Every time CMSWillowbrook takes on a project, we commit ourselves to constructing a well-built facility to meet our client’s needs,” said Weston DeHart, president of CMSWillowbrook. “We can’t do that without strong relationships. It’s an honor when our peers recognize the effort and pride we put into each and every project.”

Ditch Witch Dealership
The functionality of the Ditch Witch building sets it apart from other buildings of its kind, including bridge cranes in the maintenance area which lets staff move equipment more efficiently. The new dealership includes corporate offices, a showroom and a fully functional maintenance shop. The layout will serve as the design directive for every Ditch Witch dealership nationwide.

Grady County Fairgrounds
CMSWillowbrook worked with the Grady County Fair Board and the County Commissioners to build the new outdoor rodeo arena and the new climate controlled event center. The new facilities position the Fairgrounds as one of the premier livestock and event centers of its size in the country. The buildings were designed by Populous Architects and were made to match the unique Art-Deco architecture of the existing buildings.
