Project Spotlight-City of Oklahoma City, State Fair Park

In 2008 the Oklahoma City State Fair Park was in the bid phase for a multi year construction project for the Equine Barn Improvements. After the first two projects came in over budget, CMSWillowbrook was hired for Construction Management-Value Engineering Services to control the cost and bring the project into budget. With our expertise in Cost Estimating and extensive knowledge of equine facilities, we were able to work with the project team to bring the project successfully in budget.
