The Muse, A New Multifamily Development in the Heart of OKC Completes

CMSWillowbrook is excited to finish construction at The Muse, a new 302-unit multifamily development in the heart of downtown OKC. Located at 4th and Shartel, tenants will be within walking distance of all that downtown OKC has to offer. The new development is a 5-story wood framed building with a 4-story cast in place parking garage. Tenant amenities include elevated outdoor lounges with downtown skyline views, 2 private courtyards, fitness center, a heated pool, and a first-class outdoor kitchen.

The project took 22 months from start to finish and was delivered ahead of schedule.

 Ron Bradshaw, Owner of Colony Developers, LLC stated, “There are many wonderful places to live in downtown Oklahoma City. When we embarked on developing The Muse, on land owned by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, our goal was to further expand urban living westerly in the central business district. We also wanted to provide both market rate and affordable workforce apartments. CMSWillowbrook worked with us from the beginning to achieve the goal of 302 living units with secured parking and with abundant amenities.”

Over the past 6 years, CMSWillowbrook has been blessed with the opportunity to build the major projects integral to west downtowns re- development,” Matt Mettry, CMSWillowbrook Project Director stated. “In 2015, we broke ground on the new Oklahoma City Municipal Courts and offices building, and followed that with West Village Apartments which was a 345 unit urban mixed use development with retail, dining, and office space in the film row district of downtown OKC.”
