Page Woodson
MIXED-USE, MIXED-INCOME DEVELOPMENT
Page Woodson is a mixed-use, mixed-income development within the John F. Kennedy neighborhood of northeast Oklahoma City, and part of the multi-phase renovation of the historic former Douglass High School. Phase 3 contains 114 residential rental units in 4 buildings totaling 94,185 square feet. The modern three-story walk-up design provides a cost-effective and appealing environment within a very livable neighborhood.
Phase 4, known as The Seven at Page Woodson, completes the development with 78 additional units in a three-story building, offering 1, 2, and 4-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, a clubhouse, and a playground. Across all phases, the project delivers 214 total units, a business center, swimming pool, three parking lots, and public road improvements — creating a cohesive, amenity-rich community convenient to downtown Oklahoma City, the Bricktown Entertainment District, and Midtown.
