Dunbar Commons
SENIOR LIVING- HISTORICAL RENOVATION
Willowbrook completed the renovation of the historic Dunbar Elementary, formerly owned by Oklahoma City Public Schools into a 52-unit affordable senior living complex called Dunbar Commons. The 1922 structure was recently added to the National Register of Historic Places. This 61,967 square-foot project is the only existing “separate” elementary school built in Oklahoma. The project received both senior housing and historic tax credits.
