NEW INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTER APARTMENTS

Willowbrook built this new three story 54-unit senior housing complex with a large community room totaling 52,184 square feet. Included features are exterior grounds, interior concrete safe rooms, multiple activity rooms and dining. This amazing facility will provide an affordable, safe and stable environment for seniors. 

The project was made possible by the Harbor House Foundation along with Anchor Housing Development, LLC and Midwest Housing Equity Group.
