CHICKASHA HOTEL APARTMENTS HISTORIC RENOVATION
Willowbrook renovated this historic group of common wall buildings that dates back to1907. Two of the three buildings are four stories tall and contain 38 one and two bedroom apartments, four ADA apartments, and commercial lease space on the first floor. The apartments, first floor corridor and lobby are restored to the original finishes per SHPO standards. The apartments are designed for affordable housing lease.
