NEW CONSTRUCTION TRADES BUILDING
Willowbrook built the new construction-trade building for Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater, OK. The project contains four labs: carpentry, electrical technology, masonry and refrigeration air conditioning. It also has a computer classroom with a center-core student lounge. The project also includes a multi-use center for events with space for trade vendors to interact with the students.
Willowbrook’s services included providing the owner document review, value engineering recommendations, cost estimating, scheduling, preparation and bidding for bid packages, and presentations to owners, city and governing entities.
