HISTORIC OLD CENTRAL RESTORATION/REHABILITATION

Willowbrook delivered pre-construction and construction services for the restoration and rehabilitation of the first building constructed on the Oklahoma State University campus. Pre-construction services included an early foundation restoration package, and interior and exterior rehabilitation of the three-story structure. New office space, group study areas and classrooms for the Honors College were built. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded and structural improvements were made. Old Central is on the U.S. National Register of Historical Places, and all work was performed following State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) standards.

In 2009, Willowbrook received the AGCOK Build OK award for restoring the OSU Old Central.

I have worked with Willowbrook on six (6) projects to date, and have found them to be very skilled professionals, who look after our interest. Willowbrook is a trusted partner with integrity. I highly recommend their services.
