Project Spotlight-PIKE Fraternity House-Oklahoma State University
If you've visited the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater lately you will notice the amazing new Greek Life houses that have been built the last few years. These houses are huge, gorgeous and have all of the amenities for the modern day college student. CMSWillowbrook is proud to have built two of these amazing fraternity houses so far- The Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity house and the just completed Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house.
The Pi Kappa Alpha project consisted of demolition of an existing structure near the Oklahoma State University campus and construction of a new four -story (basement and three vertical levels) Fraternity house. The basement consists of new chapter room, half court basketball gym, weight room, locker room and tv lounge, as well as an outdoor courtyard with amphitheater type seating. The first floor consists of Presidential Library with walnut stained millwork, Dining Hall and Kitchen facilities along with the House Mom’s apartment. Upper levels consist of suite style living quarters, laundry rooms and restrooms. Highly efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow Air conditioning was installed throughout as well as LED lighting. We are very proud to have been a part of this exciting project and hope the fraternity members love it as they move in for the first time this week! #BuildingValue
