Willowbrook Honored Build Oklahoma Award by the AGC of OK with The Muse Multi development Project

Willowbrook Construction was honored with two Build Oklahoma Awards by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Oklahoma at their annual Builder’s Bash Awards banquet held at the Cox Convention Center in Tulsa, OK on March 9th. One of the projects Willowbrook was honored for their work on was The Muse, multifamily development.

The Muse, a luxurious multifamily development, located in the heart of Oklahoma City, won the Award in the $20-50M Commercial category. This 5-story, 302 unit development sets a new standard for modern living in the downtown area. The Muse is more than just an apartment complex, it's a vibrant community where residents can live, work, and play in style with an abundance of modern amenities. A notable feature is its 3.5 story parking garage located in the middle of the complex providing security, accessibility, and convenience for tenants.

Ron Bradshaw, Developer, expressed his satisfaction with the project stating, "When we embarked on developing The Muse, our goal was to further expand urban living and provide both market-rate and affordable workforce apartments. Willowbrook worked with us from the beginning to achieve our goal of 302 living units with secured parking and abundant amenities."
