Willowbrook Ranks #4 in Mid-Size Category for 2023 Top Workplaces of Oklahoma

Willowbrook, a leading commercial construction company founded in Chickasha, was recently recognized as a 2023 Top Workplace of Oklahoma by the Daily Oklahoman. This is the fifth year in a row that Willowbrook has achieved this honor and this year they ranked #4 best place to work in the mid-sized category.

Willowbrook's dedication to fostering a positive work environment has earned them a well-deserved place among the top workplaces in Oklahoma. The organization's commitment to its employees' satisfaction and growth has been recognized through the valuable feedback provided by its workforce. This remarkable achievement reflects Willowbrook's strong emphasis on creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

“This award is a testament to the amazing job our team members do for us day in and day out, both out on the jobsites and in our offices.  2024 is our 50th year in business and we could not be prouder of our team and the service they have providing for our clients for the last 50 years,” said Summer McClure, Principal.

The Top Workplaces recognition is based on valuable employee feedback collected through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage LLC, a trusted employee engagement technology partner. The survey evaluates 15 key culture drivers, such as alignment, execution, and connection, which are crucial for the success of any organization.

Willowbrook's strong performance in these areas showcases their commitment to nurturing a positive work environment.

“I’m so proud of everyone here at Willowbrook,” Stated Cary DeHart, CEO and Founder. “We all enjoy working together, doing our best for our clients and each other.  We care about one another other and care about what we do.”

Formerly known as CMSWillowbrook, the company is officially changing its name in 2024.

“We are celebrating our 50th Anniversary by going back to our original name of Willowbrook. We are honoring our past while looking forward to our future.” McClure said.
