Tulsa Housing Authority

Willowbrook partnered with the Tulsa Housing Authority to revitalize two multifamily housing communities in north Tulsa, Mohawk Manor and Seminole Hills/Whitlow. The redevelopment focuses on improving the quality, safety and longevity of affordable housing while supporting the surrounding community.

The project includes two mixed-income residential developments totaling approximately 142,000 square feet and providing nearly 500 housing units. Working alongside Architects Collective, Willowbrook provided general contracting services to modernize the existing properties with updated residential units, improved building systems and enhanced site features.

This investment supports the Tulsa Housing Authority’s mission to expand and preserve high-quality affordable housing for the Tulsa community.

This project has recently won ABC of OK Excellence in Construction Award and the AGC of OK Build Oklahoma Award!
