Willowbrook partnered with the Tulsa Housing Authority to revitalize two multifamily housing communities in north Tulsa — Mohawk Manor and Seminole Hills/Whitlow — totaling approximately 142,000 square feet and nearly 500 housing units. Working alongside Architects Collective, the project modernizes existing residential properties with updated units, improved building systems, and enhanced site amenities including playgrounds, garages, and renovated clubhouses designed to support residents and the surrounding community. This award-winning project reflects Willowbrook's commitment to delivering quality housing that strengthens neighborhoods for generations.
