Willowbrook was hired as the Construction Managers to rebuild the New Delta Tau Delta Fraternity House on the University of Oklahoma’s (OU) campus. The previous house partially burned due to a lightning strike in 2020. The new Delta Tau Delta house features 35 residential rooms, commercial kitchen, outdoor kitchen, courtyard complete with a putting green, football field, basketball and volleyball courts, and several other entertainment areas.
