2016 BOND ISSUE

Deer Creek Public Schools in Edmond, OK passed a bond issue in August of 2016 to renovate and build new school facilities district-wide, including FEMA storm shelters. 

The owner hired CMSWillowbrook as the Construction Manager/Program Manager (CM/PM) to manage all phases of the design and construction for all nine separate projects: 

  • Spring Creek Elementary Additions

  • Deer Creek Middle School 2nd Floor Addition

  • Prairie Vale Elementary Storm Shelter / Classroom

  • Prairie Vale Elementary Secure Entry Vestibule

  • Deer Creek Elementary Storm Shelter / Classroom

  • Deer Creek Elementary Secure Entry Vestibule

  • Grove Valley Elementary Secure Entry Vestibule

  • Rose Union Elementary Secure Entry Vestibule

  • Deer Creek Performing Arts and Athletic Center (PAAC) Addition
