Historic District Renovations

The USAO Campus is a Historic District, and the school was our first client in 1974. The historic restoration of the Administration Building, now Troutt Hall, was the foundation project for our company. We have continued to work for the university as their construction manager for 44 years on more than 30 historic renovations.
