Willowbrook built a multi-story conference center with an exhibit hall that serves as a storm shelter. The project also includes state of the art communications, security systems, a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, lecture hall with tiered seating, multi-purpose rooms, pre-function areas, a business center and management offices. The beautiful park-like exterior includes water features, walking paths and patios. New streets, additional parking, new storm drainage and infrastructure were also part of this project.
