National Reining Horse Association

The headquarter facilities for the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) are now located in the former U.S. Army Reserve building situated on the state fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. This adaptive-reuse project of an early 1960s building included structural reinforcement to meet modern building codes and allow major interior demolition to accommodate the needs of a modern, technology-enabled office facility. Willowbrook worked closely with the NRHA and the property owner to develop a construction program that matched the tenant’s long-term needs with the owner’s finance and lease structure to provide a lasting solution for both parties. Construction delivery was provided through a design-build agreement. Willowbrook delivered comprehensive, single-source services from permitting through construction and tenant build-out all the way to tenant move-in.

Willowbrook recently completed the new national headquarters for the National Reining Horse Association of America that is located on our property. This project was completed on-time and under-budget. It exceeded our expectations
