Sydney Reneau Named Rising Star By the Journal Record

 When Sydney Reneau was thinking of what career path she wanted, she chose construction. She loved the idea of building things that could help people, whether it is a school, office or hospital. “We are ultimately helping people by giving them a new facility,” says Sydney. She is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture. Sydney received the College of Liberal Arts Deans Award for Interior Architecture. Sydney has 5 years of experience in construction, and a year and a half experience in architecture. For the past 3 years she has worked for CMSWillowbrook as a Project Engineer and is transitioning as the new Construction Technology Manager. Sydney stated that she gets to help the company develop the best technology practices and procedures from estimating, pre- construction, self-performance to site work.

Some of the projects she has recently worked on includes HSI Sensing, Chickasha, OK, the new Homeland Grocery Store, OKC, OK, Red River Technology Center, Duncan, OK and numerous projects for the Mid- Del Public Schools Bond Issue 35. Reflecting on working for CMSWillowbrook Sydney states, “CMSWillowbrook feels like a family to me, and they all truly care for my well-being.”
